Parish Pilgrimage to Our Lady of Walsingham

Departure on Saturday 5th July, 2025, at 7:00am,

St Dunstans Church, Friars Place Lane, East Acton, London W3 7AP Free parking.

Arrival at the Anglican Shrine, 2 Common Pl, Walsingham NR22 6EE, at 10:30-11am.

 

Private silent prayer in the Nazareth’s house for 15 minutes, then “blessing of the water”. Procession at 11:30am from the Anglican Shrine to the Slipper Chapel with the statue of Our Lady of Walsingham and the Byzantine icon of the Mother of God.

 

Lunch at 1pm – 3pm in the garden of the Catholic basilica. Stations of the Cross in front of the Catholic Basilica at 2:15pm. Mass at the Catholic basilica at 3:15pm, followed by the traditional Byzantine and Maronite hymns to the Mother of God. Departure to London at 4pm.
